Invoice Review
The first step is reviewing your last month's invoice from each Utility. This will allow us to assess specific savings opportunities based on the current power & gas consumption and load profile.
Baseline Benchmark
A Baseline Benchmark will be determined and include the individual line items currently being charged. This will be the basis of our optimization and the means to measure your future savings.
Savings Estimate
The Savings Estimate will show where the savings are derived and how we can affect or eliminate your current charges.
Utility Confirmation
We get confirmation from the Utility to verify what savings will be achieved via our optimization techniques. This step typically requires the most time as we work with the utility to prove why you qualify for the savings based on your current operations and have the utility confirm our predictions.
Implementation
We will implement, monitor and ensure the utility makes the correct changes for the most savings without any needed time from you.
Monthly Savings Report
This report will detail exactly how much you would have paid pre-Maximus Cost Reduction and how much you actually paid thereby showing the savings achieved.
Savings Share
Our contingency fee will be calculated each month based on the Monthly Savings Report. This gives you an opportunity to see the savings and pay us only on the actual realized savings portion that you were able to add to your net profits. That's what we call a win-win situation.
